Signatory Vintage is one of Scotland's most respected independent bottlers, founded in 1988 by Andrew Symington. With access to thousands of casks in the Pitlochry warehouses, the exclusive Symington's Choice Collection presents personally selected single cask bottlings that are always uncoloured, non-chill-filtered and bottled at cask strength. This bottling is a Clynelish from 1990, which matured for 35 years in a Bourbon barrel (#3505) and at 40.6% vol. is a slightly milder strength than comparable editions. It displays the distillery's characteristic waxy elegance and fine balance. This rare cask is part of the limited Symington's Choice range and perfectly combines age, cask quality and distillery character for discerning connoisseurs.
