This Deanston whisky is not only a whisky matured for 15 years in a Pedro Ximénez sherry butt, it also marks the 15-year partnership between Alba Import and the independent bottler Meadowside Blending. The bottling in 53.8% vol. cask strength, without chill-filtering and without the addition of colour was therefore produced to mark the 15th anniversary of the close cooperation between the two companies. A total of three 15-year matured Single Cask bottlings were created and bottled exclusively for the German market to celebrate the long-standing cooperation, including this Deanston Single Malt. The Deanston whisky presents itself with fruity flavours, sherry and on the palate with chocolate, jam and a hint of walnut with ginger schnapps. The finish invites you to the next dram with its warming facets, chocolate and liquorice.
