Der aus regionalem Gerstenmalz, frischem Bergquellwasser und Reinzuchthefe hergestellte Elsburn Distillery Edition wird zweifach auf Pot Stills destilliert und reifte zu 100% in First Fill Sherry Casks aus Jerez. Die Single Malts der Elsburn Brennerei werden komplett in Handarbeit produziert. Die Edition Batch 002 aus 2024 setzt die Serie mit Altersangabe von 10 Jahren fort. Die Distillery Edition aus der im Harz ansässigen Brennerei kommt ungefärbt und nicht kühlgefiltert mit 48% in die Flaschen.
