An Dúlamán Memories of Asia Gin is the latest addition to the An Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin collection and was inspired by distiller Moira Doherty's time in Asia. Although distilled in Donegal, Ireland, the Gin reflects the flavours and lifestyle of Hong Kong. For this special bottling from the Sliabh Liag Distillery in County Donegal, Ireland, three types of seaweed have been replaced by seven new ingredients, including oolong tea, ginger and sakura. The combination is intended to reflect the essence of Asia and offers a unique flavour experience. The Gin is best enjoyed neat, on ice or in cocktails.
