Type Single Malt Whisky
Aroma Sweet oak smoke, crème fraîche, spicy fennel, celery and roasted tea leaves. Notes of charcoal, burnt toast, eucalyptus and pine follow, as well as some old leather.
Taste Intensive maritime of salted peanuts, smoked pineapple and limes. In addition anise, fondant, tar and peat smoke.
Finish Long and smoky.

Product description
Ardbeg Traigh Bhan (pronounced Träi Wan) is the name of a well-known beach on the island of Islay. The locals also call it 'The Singing Sand' because the sand seems to sing under your feet when you walk on it. The 2nd batch of the bottling matured for 19 years in American oak casks and Oloroso sherry casks.

Aroma: Süßer Eichenrauch, Crème Fraîche, würziger Fenchel, Sellerie und geröstete Teeblätter. Es folgen Noten von Kohle, angebranntem Toast, Eukalyptus und Pinien sowie etwas altes Leder.  
Geschmack: Intensiv-maritim nach gesalzenen Erdnüssen, geräucherter Ananas und Limetten. Dazu Anis, Fondant, Teer und Torfrauch.
Abgang: Lang und rauchig.
Fasstyp: Bourbon- und Sherryfässer
