Product description
This Single Malt is an Irish whiskey created at the independent, family-owned Ballykeefe distillery built in 2016. It is made from 100% Irish barley and is triple distilled before being matured in an ex-bourbon cask. In the spirit of sustainability, the distillery also relies on the 'field to glass' process and does not add any colour to the final product, which is not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Anklänge von gerösteter Eiche, Zitrus und Kokosnuss, gefolgt von Apple Sponge Pudding.
Geschmack: Malzig und fruchtig mit Akzenten von Mango und einem Hauch reifer Banane. Dann geht Toffee Apple in Crème Brûlée über.
Abgang: Langanhaltend mit erneuten Noten von Apfelpudding und einem Hauch Nelken.
