Product description
This Single Malt is an Irish whiskey created at the independent, family-owned Ballykeefe distillery built in 2016. It is made from 100% Irish barley and is triple distilled before being matured in an ex-bourbon cask. In the spirit of sustainability, the distillery also relies on the 'field to glass' process and does not add any colour to the final product, which is not chill-filtered.

Taste: sugar, pine, herbs, alcohol, much to much alcohol
Finish: sweet, short, hot, spice (picante)
Comment: very young spirit, strong alcohol flavours, green, mint, sage, but burning at the same time all too strong. too much pine on the aroma and the taste. disappears in the finish but difficult to sip. unsatisfied.
