The Bimber Ex-Bourbon Cask is part of the New Vibrations series from the well-known distillery in England. At Bimber, almost the entire production process, from growing the grain to bottling, takes place on the premises of the English distillery itself. Only the malting of the barley is outsourced to a malt house, which has reserved an entire malting floor exclusively for Bimber. The single cask in which the Single Malt matured was selected for La Maison du Whisky's New Vibrations range and later bottled at 58.7% vol. at natural cask strength.
