The Breckenridge Rum Cask Finish is a bourbon that has been matured for more than two years in as-new, charred oak casks. The water for the whiskey was obtained from the melting snow of the Rocky Mountains. The distillery itself is one of the highest distilleries in the world, sitting at 9600 feet (2926 metres) above sea level. Refined in barrels previously filled with rum from the Breckenridge Distillery, the result is a fresh and pleasantly sweet bourbon.
