The Wagemut XO is an 18-year-old rum from Barbados, which matured in former, freshly emptied, first fill, original Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The result is complex, yet with a light, natural sweetness. Like all Wagemut bottlings, the bottles are filled by hand and in this case also numbered by hand.

Geschmack: Komplex und fruchtig mit tiefen Noten von Sherry und einer angenehmen Süße.
Geschmack: zurückhaltende
Abgang: mittel bis lang
Kommentar: Nur auf Verdacht gekauft, entpuppt sich der XO als excellente Wahl. Wer PX Casks gerne mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
