When you've had enough of the wandering and omnivorous undead, the whiskey from Echlinville's distillery in Belfast invites you to enjoy a sip. The modern Blend of Pot Still, Malt and Grain Whiskeys was matured in ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at 40% vol.
