Evermann Wilhelm Single Malt Whisky originates in the Black Forest and is made from hand-malted barley and distilled twice. Maturation in seven different casks with varying degrees of toasting make it a complex and authentic Single Malt.

Aroma: Süße frische Eiche, süßes Malz (typisch deutscher Whisky).

Geschmack: Frische Eiche, die Eiche wird dezent komplexer aber stehts süß, evtl. am Gaumen eine leichte Malznote. Immerhin, keinerlei Jugend im Brand.

Abgang: Süße Eiche mit einem hauch Würze.

Kommentar: Sehr deutscher Geschmack, aber sie haben sich bemüht.
