Harahorn Cask Aged Gin

For the Harahorn Cask Aged Gin, potato distillate was blended with spice macerates that include juniper, blueberries, rhubarb and wild marjoram. The creation is then matured for at least 12 months in oloroso sherry casks specially selected by the distillery. The distillery Det Norske Brennri AS is the first private distillery from Norway, after more than 80 years of monopoly. It produces its Gin according to traditional, artisanal methods and wants to reflect the natural, wild and beautiful side of Norway in its creations. Thus, regional and classic botanicals and hand-picked oloroso sherry casks from their own barrel store are used.
