Product description
The Islay Rum Barrel Aged is inspired by the distillation methods used in the Caribbean. Copper pot stills and double retort stills are used in the old Lemonade Factory in Port Ellen. The rum is then carefully aged in oak barrels that were previously filled with heavily peated Islay single malt Scotch whisky.
