Aroma Notes of Iberico ham, along with accents of canned pineapple, green apples and demerara sugar.
Taste Coastal notes reminiscent of the sea and pebbly beaches, along with hints of lemon yoghurt, ground pepper and a touch of peat smoke.
Finish The influence of fresh peat smoke continues with notes of toasted marshmallows.

Product description
The name Kilkerran comes from Gaelic and is derived from 'Ceann Loch Cilli Chiarain'. This was the name of the first settlement on the site where the town of Campbeltown now stands. The malt is produced in the Mitchell's Glengyle distillery. The distillery was closed for over 80 long years, but was renovated and reopened by Springbank. The first distillate flowed on 25 March 2004.

Aroma: zurückhaltend - frische Früchte, Tabak, Kohlkochwasser
Geschmack: leicht fruchtig (entfernt nach Apfelkorn), leicht scharf, leicht erdig, Tabak
Abgang: später dezent süßlich (Mandarinen, Apfel), Finish baut sich langsam auf und bleibt lang
