Grapefruit and hops are combined with island bergamot, lemon peel, rosemary and maritime notes, then distilled and infused with Mermaid Gin. The result is a fresh and flavoursome London Dry Gin with the brand's unmistakable marine notes. The Mermaid distillery is located on the Isle of Wight in England and produces authentic London Dry Gin. Botanicals from the local coast are used for the ingredients.
