For the Milam & Greene Single Barrel, each cask is individually rated, bottled and handpicked from Milam & Greene's growing collection. The team only bottles whiskeys that meet the distillery's criteria. The Straight Bourbon is then bottled from a single cask that holds 53 gallons (about 200 litres). Each cask yields about 280 bottles and the cask number, alcohol content in volume percent and alcohol content in American proof are handwritten on each label.

Kommentar: Ordentlicher Bourbon-Whiskey (Single Barrel) einer aufstrebenden Brennerei, geführt von Frauenhand (Heather Greene). Nachdem die Hälfte der Flasche nun aufgebraucht ist, wird er durch Interaktion mit der Luft zunehmend weicher und cremiger. Auch die Kirschwasser-Note kommt gelegentlich zum Vorschein. Im Shop ist derzeit auch noch eine Version mit 52,5% erhältlich.
