Geschmack: Kräftig, scharf und wuchtig: Vanille und Orange kämpfen um die Vorherrschaft am Gaumen.
Abgang: Kurz bis mittel (verfliegt sehr schnell für Fassstärke!): Eine Schärfe wie bei Pfeffer und herbe Vanillenoten.
Kommentar: Der schlechteste Whisky in Fassstärke den ich je getrunken habe! Die Schotten und Amerikaner sind weit besser! Das Marketing (Stichwort: Kröte) ist gut gemacht. Das Flaschendesign gelungen, aber was zählt ist der Geschmack und der ist einfach: Sch...! Alle irischen Whisky die ich probiere sind nicht unbedingt drinkenswert! Werde den Whisky trotzdem austrinken! Dauert halt lange! Da können 0,7 L ganz viel sein! Von Iren habe ich erstmal die Schnauze voll!
