Nikka From the Barrel is a mild blend with fruit, spices and a hint of vanilla. In the meantime, Japan has built up a remarkable malt whisky production that can compete with the Scots in terms of quality. For the From the Barrel Extra Marrige, 100 different components of malt and Grain whisky are used, which have been masterfully combined. The bottling celebrated its debut at the Whisky Live trade fair in 2025, which Kirsch Import brought to Germany for the first time this year. The international whisky fair brings together connoisseurs and like-minded people and has already taken place in world capitals such as Bangkok, Buenos Aires, London, Singapore and Melbourne. The exquisite blended whisky presents a balanced flavour profile with fruit, honey, oak and maritime notes as well as vanilla and leather.

Aroma: Fein und komplex mit floralen Untertönen. Ein Hauch Aprikosen und Nelkenwürze geht in Lederaromen über.
Geschmack: Intensiv und angenehm pfeffrig, dazu Eiche, Pfirsich und karamellisierte Apfelnoten, die von Honig umgeben sind.
Abgang: Lang mit Küstenaromen und fruchtigen Pflaumen-Facetten, dann scheinen deutliche Eichen- und Vanillenoten durch.
Geschmack: Intensiv und angenehm pfeffrig, dazu Eiche, Pfirsich und karamellisierte Apfelnoten, die von Honig umgeben sind.
