	Aroma	Lush with intense hints of honeysuckle. After some time in the glass, notes of candied ginger and nutmeg are released. Later on, facets of cane sugar and precious wood are added.
	Taste	Intense and pure with vanilla notes and milky flavours of yoghurt. Candied citrus and exotic fruits combine and end with a slightly fibrous viscosity.
	Finish	Long and silky with fruity notes of peach, ginger and toffee, which merge into nuances of sugar cane.

Product description

The Rouyo Habitation Velier rum from Guadeloupe is a rhum agricole de terroir. The special thing about this rhum is that no sugar or chill filtration is added and two types of sugar cane are harvested and processed. The sugar cane varieties Canne Matos and Canne Red lend the creation tropical fruit flavours and represent the natural diversity of the four-hectare plantation in liquid form. The pot still distillate is matured for a year in new French oak and cognac barrels before the rhum agricole is bottled at a cask strength of 56.7% vol. and an ester content of 101.6 gr/hlpa.

Aroma: Üppig mit intensivem Anklängen von Geißblatt. Nach etwas Zeit im Glas weden Noten von kandiertem Ingwer und Muskatnuss freigesetzt. Im weiteren Verlauf kommen Facetten von Rohrzucker und Edelholz hinzu.

Geschmack: Intensiv und rein mit Vanillenoten und milichigen Aromen von Joghurt. Kandierte Zitrusfrüchte und exotische Früchte verbinden sich und enden mit einer leicht faserigen Viskosität.

Abgang: Lang und seidig mit fruchtigen Pfirsich-, Ingwer- und Toffeenoten, die in Zuckerrohrnuancen übergehen.
