Product description
The Plantation Guatemala - Bélize Gran Anejo is composed of two high-quality distillates fermented in Guatemala and Beliz and distilled on column stills. The combination matured for at least three years in the warm climate of Guatemala in former oak bourbon barrels and was then shipped to France to rest for an additional four months in former cognac barrels from Ferrand. This method of maturation dates back to the 18th century and makes the result balanced and smooth.
