With Strathenry, the independent bottler Rest & Be Thankful is releasing a Single Malt from the young InchDairnie Distillery for the second time. North of Edinburgh, the distillery, founded in 2014, created the small-batch bottling that was matured in Bourbon barrels and finished in Oloroso sherry butts.

Geschmack: Herbs Spices Sweet Fruit Sherry (evtl. etwas Pear)

Abgang: Mittellang bis Lang, süß, mit etwas Eiche und leichter Pfeffrigkeit

Kommentar: wenig Florale Noten aber dennoch sehr Schön.
Eigentlich solte ich 4,5 Sterne geben, denn er gefällt mir immer besser.
