Fantastisch.
Ggü. 21J und 17J nochmal ganz andere Facetten. Viel kraftvoller. Ich hatte das Glück, in der Suntory Distille vor Ort alle vier mit- oder gegeneinander zu probieren.
17J und 21J sind ggü. dem Jap. Harmony schon deutl. sanfter und komplexer ... aber der 30J bringt ganz neue Komponenten an Gewürzen mit. Ein Erlebnis.

Der riecht anders als erwartet. Keine intensive Sherrynase. Eher blumig, leicht, würzig. Blumenwiese, Gummibären, Waldhonig.
Oh, der Geschmack haut mich aber von den Socken. Das ist schwer zu beschreiben - eine mit Gewürzen überzogene Zuckerstange. Da kommt ganz leicht Vanille, eigentlich kein Sherry. Eher helles Holz.
Super komplex, der lässt sich in kurzer Zeit nicht analysieren. Trinkt sich ganz hervorragend.
