Aroma Poached pears and sweets that taste like rhubarb and custard.
Taste Notes of strawberry jam are accompanied by lokum (a Turkish sweet made from sugar and starch) and light buttery biscuits.
Finish Rich with cinnamon and spiced red apples.

Product description
The Tomatin Amarone belongs to the Italian Collection. All bottlings of the limited series were distilled on 6 December 2010 and bottled in June 2023 without chill filtering or the addition of colour. Aged for 10 years in traditional Scotch whisky oak casks and then refined for a further two years in Amarone wine casks from Italy, this Single Malt Scotch Whisky was created, combining the art of Scottish distilling with tasteful facets from Italy. Amarone is a special red wine from the Valpolicella area in the Veneto region. The red wine is produced with great effort and only the best grapes are harvested, dried and used.

Tomatin has been a rising star among the Scottish distilleries since the beginning of the millennium. The Highland distillery was the biggest Scottish distillery in the 1970, but the quality of the Whisky wasn’t high regarded.
