	Aroma: A lively start like a balmy summer evening in the vineyards of the Rhône - delicately rosé-coloured, dancing and a little dreamy. Then: bang, unicorn dust. Glittering, dazzling, unmissable. And yes, it stays. The longer you immerse yourself in it, the more this magical note takes over. But this time there is something in the air ... as if a unicorn had personally granted a few wishes. Rose petals whisper in the background, a hint of candied raspberries, a barely tangible breeze of freshly ironed fairy wings - and again and again that promising sparkle that promises: nobody will be disappointed today.
	Taste: Fruit gum galaxy - and this time really complete. The red ones set the tone as usual: Strawberry, raspberry, a little cherry. But suddenly they also take the stage with confidence: the white gummy bears. Gentle, slightly creamy, with that idiosyncratic, hard-to-describe sweetness that you have either ignored for years - or now appreciate anew. The unicorn has obviously listened and granted wishes. Everything is there, everything is in balance. No little bear is left behind. A harmonious circus of colours and aromas that seems surprisingly complete.
	Finish: A caramelised candy apple that shines between fairground and fairytale forest. A softly glittering veil of unicorn fart that lingers for a long time - almost as if it were blessing every sip once again. And right at the end: a polyphonic echo of red and white jelly babies, which now join the finale with confidence and satisfaction. Wishes fulfilled. All's well that ends well.

This rare Ben Nevis whisky was released by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage in close collaboration with Kirsch Import on 01.04.2026. The Unicorn Single Malt has been around before but now the coveted bottling returns with just over 11 years of maturation in a first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butt. No chill filtering, no subsequent colouring and 46% vol. with an expert taste description from numerous whisky experts, this Ben Nevis Single Cask presents itself with extravagant tasting notes of unicorn dust, an auspicious sparkle and hints of jelly babies with caramelised candy apples. A flavourful experience with enchanting and imaginative facets.
