Bushmills Causeway Collection Jupille Cask is another edition in the Causeway Collection. It is inspired by the natural spectacle of the Giant's Causeway, which consists of around 40,000 basalt columns that form a causeway. The limited edition Single Malt Whiskey was first matured for ten years in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks before being matured for a further three years in French oak casks, the wood of which comes from the Jupille Forest. It was then bottled at cask strength.

The Old Bushmills Distillery is probably the oldest licensed Whiskey distillery in the world - its licence dates back to 1608. It was officially founded in 1784 by Hugh Anderson in the Northern Irish town of Bushmills. Since then, Bushmills has been synonymous with traditionally triple-distilled, mild Irish Whiskey. Kommentar: Der Alkohol dominiert zunächst im Glas. Nach kurzer Atmung drücken sich würzig-fruchtige Aromen in den Vordergrund. Zigarre, Vanille, Nelke, süße Frucht- herrlich. Man möchte ihn leer riechen! Im Mund wieder Alkohol...Eiche und Würzigkeit...wow, gutes Handwerk!
