The Millstone Peated Rivesaltes Cask is an exceptional single malt from the Dutch Zuidam Distillery. Made from heavily peated barley malt and traditionally distilled in copper pot stills, this whisky has an intense smokiness. It is ideal for lovers of complex and characterful whiskies. The full maturation in a former Rivesaltes cask, a French sweet wine from the Languedoc, gives the strong peat smoke a seductive balance of dark fruit, sweet spice and wine flavours.
