Participation in the competition of Whisky.de GmbH & Co KG, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organiser, is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.
Procedure of the competition
The duration of the competition is from 07.07.2023 up to and including 06.08.2023 or while stocks last. Within this period, purchasers of the following bottlings will automatically be entered into the competition.
Participation
Participation is automatic with the purchase of at least 1 bottle of the named bottling.

- Laphroaig Ian Hunter (Edition No. 3 and 4)

- Laphroaig Miniature Live Tasting Set (1 lot per set)
- Laphroaig Live Event Set large and small (1 lot per set)
- Laphroaig 25 Years
Entry is only possible within the entry period. Orders received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. You will receive 1 ticket per bottle purchased and will be entered into the prize draw.
Eligible participants
Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The following prizes will be awarded:
1st place: An empty original cask of Laphroaig.
2nd place: An empty original Laphroaig cask
3rd place: An empty original cask from Laphroaig
The winners will be drawn at random from all participants after the closing date.
The winners of the draw will be informed of their prize in writing as soon as possible.
The prize will only be handed over to the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged, collected by the winner or paid out in cash.
Any costs incurred for the dispatch of the prizes will be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the winner does not respond to our prize notification within eight weeks, the prize will be forfeited and transferred to another participant.
Termination of the competition
The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.
Data protection
Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname and email address, are true and correct.
The organiser points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without their consent.
The participant may refuse to take part in the competition at any time. If he/she does not wish to take part in the competition despite purchasing the products concerned, this can be notified when placing the order under "Your message to us". Alternatively, the participation can also be revoked subsequently in writing via info@whisky.de.
Applicable law
The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
"Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected thereby."
