The Appleton Estate Nassau Valley Casks is a tribute to the estate's lush and bountiful hinterland, the Nassau Valley, and matured for at least 21 years in oak casks. Like all other Appleton Estate rums, this rum contains no added flavours.
Appleton Estate was founded in Nassau Valley in 1749, making it the oldest distillery on the island. The distillery includes sugar cane plantations as well as its own spring and yeast breeding. The rum is traditionally produced here in the elaborate Pot Still process with ingredients from the estate's own production.
