José Cuervo Reserva de la Familia is produced and distilled by hand according to the 220-year-old original recipe. For this, only blue agaves are harvested at the ideal time for ripening and cooked in the distillery's traditional stone ovens before maturing in French and American oak barrels. The creation is then combined with time-honoured tequilas from José Cuervo's reserves.
