Each bottle of Milam & Greene Triple Cask consists of three handpicked pure Bourbon whiskies from three states: so premium Texas Bourbon, made in a 300-gallon Pot Still for a touch of spice, combines with Kentucky whiskey, made on Column Stills for vanilla and fruit notes, with vintage Tennessee whiskey for structure and tannins in the overall result. Master Distiller Marlene Holmes and her team distil in Blanco, Texas and in Bardstown, Kentucky. The mash for the distillery's Texas and Kentucky distillates is 70% corn, 22% malted rye and 8% barley with proprietary yeast recipe. The whiskey, blended from straight bourbons, matures in barrels stored in three states before being transferred to Texas for final maturation and bottling.
