	The Legendary Silkie Blended Irish Whiskey, 46 % vol. Aroma: Spicy with sweetness of red berries, strawberry tops, sandalwood, nutmeg and dried apple slices. Taste: Aromatic and sweet, strawberry coulis, jam, dried fruit, steeped in Earl Grey tea. Dry wine notes and oak tannins with crisp freshness are added. Finish: Sweet resin followed by dry accents of wine and a hint of fading smoke. Cask type: Finish in Ribera Del Duero and Rioja red wine casks
	The Legendary Silkie Dark Blended Irish Whiskey, 46 % vol. Aroma: Fresh apples and pears, plus spicy-dry smoke and oak flavours. Flavour: Soft and sweet with rich salted caramel. In addition, sweet pipe tobacco, liquorice and dark chocolate, followed by warming toffee and pears. Finish: Medium length, malty and smoky with peanut butter.
	The Legendary Silkie Midnight Blended Irish Whiskey, 46% vol. Aroma: Sweet with sugar, pipe smoke, Christmas spices and sandalwood. Orange peel, baked apple, orange chocolate, tobacco and earthy notes. Flavour: Initially sweet syrup, then dry peat smoke. Pipe tobacco, sultanas and sultanas with nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. This is followed by caramel apples and toasted oak as well as tobacco, leather, fresh blood oranges and grapefruit. Finish: Sweet spices followed by dried fruits and warming peat smoke. Cask type: Sherry, bourbon, red wine and stout casks as well as virgin oak

The Silkie Blended Whiskey is produced in the town of Donegal on the west coast of Ireland. Sliabh Liag Distillers, who have named themselves after the peninsula, put together the miniature range 'Journey through Smoke' from three bottlings.
