At the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown, the entire whisky production process, from growing the barley to bottling, is carried out by hand and on site. This traditional production method means that Springbank can only produce limited quantities. This exclusive Single Malt matured for 27 long years in a single refill sherry hogshead. This strictly limited rarity was bottled at natural cask strength to mark the 50th anniversary of a German importer.
