The Whistler Triple Oak Small Batch Irish Whiskey comes from the Boann Distillery in the Boyne Valley (County Meath, Ireland) and is the flagship bottling in the growing Whistler range. The distillery combines traditional craftsmanship with modern sustainability - through triple distillation in hybrid stills and maturation in its own vaulted cellar. Around half of the whiskey is distilled on site, with the rest coming from established Irish producers. The bottling is a triple blend of Single Pot Still, Single Malt and Single Grain, matured in three types of cask: ex-Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximénez Sherry. This maturation concept ensures depth, balance and aromatic warmth. It is bottled in a 20% lighter, environmentally friendly bottle. Even before its market launch in Germany, the bottling was awarded gold at the ISW 2025. At 40 % vol. and produced in small batches, the whiskey impresses with its smooth structure, complex cask profile and strong price-performance ratio - ideal for explorers and connoisseurs.

The Boann Distillery in Drogheda is one of Ireland's few independent distilleries and is owned by the Cooney family. It produces high-quality Single Malt, Single Grain and Single Pot Still Whiskeys under the brands The Whistler and, since 2024, Boann itself. The range is complemented by the handcrafted Silks Gin. The distillery is named after the Celtic river goddess Boann, who is closely associated with the River Boyne.
