Beschrijving van het product

The Tomintoul distillery was built in 1965 in the Cairngorm National Park in Scotland's Speyside. This limited bottling was distilled in 2006 and first matured in former bourbon casks. The malt then received a finish in port pipes imported directly from Portugal.

Aroma: Maraschino Kirschen und eingekochte Früchte gemischt mit Tonkabohnen, Schokolade und würziger Zeder.

Geschmack: Süß und üppig-vielschichtig nach Kirschlikör-Schokolade, Rhabarberkuchen und Ingwerkeksen sowie Backgewürzen.

Abgang: Wärmend mit dunkler Schokolade, Sultaninen und Mokka, gefolgt von Nelken und Zimt.
