For the BrewDog 500 Cuts - Pineapple & Mango Rum, Caribbean molasses is double distilled for seven days with a special red wine yeast in copper Pot Stills and refined with the addition of botanicals. In addition to a little muscovado sugar, tonka bean, clove, lavender, cardamom, orange peel, mace, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, ginger, pineapple and mango are added to the spiced rum, as well as a little lime.
