To mark the 25th anniversary of the Bavarian distillery, Slyrs has released this unique whisky in a limited edition of 1,999 bottles. The number of bottles perfectly matches the founding year of Slyrs. The special edition is a carefully blended single malt made from just five special casks, hand-selected by Master Distiller Hans Kemenater. The distillery from Schliersee in Bavaria is once again demonstrating its tradition and craftsmanship. Founded in 1999, the Slyrs distillery has established the standard for German whisky production, using the finest Bavarian grain and pure Alpine spring water. The whiskies are known for their regional character and convey a taste of the Bavarian Alps.

The Distillery: Slyrs
Located at the Schliersee lake, Slyrs Distillery ranks among the best-known whisky distilleries in Germany. Its name is derived from the old name of the region. The first Whisky was already distilled on the stills of the traditional Lantenhammer distillery in 1999, but in 2007 Slyrs Whisky found its home in the newly erected Slyrs Distillery in Neuhaus.
