Product description
This rum is a single blended rum distilled on Pot and Column stills and then matured for at least 12 years in heavily burnt ex-bourbon casks. The name of the rum is derived from Bill McCoy, who earned his living as a rum runner during prohibition. He became famous above all because he had very high quality standards for his rum. This tradition continues in the current bottlings, because Richard Seale, Master Distiller of the Foursquare Distillery and respected worldwide for his excellent work, has the sceptre in his hand here.
