Aberfeldy continues the Wine Cask Finish series with this limited edition. The Aberfeldy distillery is known for its sweet and mild whiskies. The 18-year-old was first matured in refilled and reconditioned bourbon casks and then received a finish in Tuscan red wine casks from Bolgheri. This finish gives it more complexity and brings out the fruity notes of the Aberfeldy even more.

The Aberfeldy Distillery was founded by the Dewar's family in 1896. They ran the company under the names John Dewar & Sons, Ltd. and began Whisky production two years later.
