The Kilchoman 100% Islay Single Malt single cask bottling was matured for over 9 years in a bourbon cask and bottled to mark the 50th anniversary of the Hanseatic Wine Trading Company. All casks in The Sister Casks series were distilled and bottled on the same day, which is how the series got its name. Six unique and previously unreleased Kilchoman single casks were used, which were carefully selected. The selection includes single casks from the early years of distillation, of which Kilchoman only has a limited number available.
