Aroma: Sweet and bitter at the same time. Fruity and tropical notes with apples, pears and citrus.
Finish: Light and sweet.
Cask type: Bourbon casks.
Penderyn Legend
Aroma: Fresh and balanced. Apples, citrus, toffee and sultanas.
Taste: Soft, sweet and slightly bitter with fruit and dried fruit.
Finish: Long lasting with sultanas and Madeira cake.
Cask type: Ex-Bourbon casks and post-maturation in Madeira casks.
Penderyn Celt
Aroma: Fresh and clean with light smoke. Toasted toast with orange marmalade.
Taste: Sweet, then medicinal and smoky accents.
Finish: Fresh and slightly bitter.

Whisky from Penderyn Distillery is unique in many respects. Located in Brecon Beacon National Park, Penderyn is the only Whisky distillery in Wales. Furthermore, it uses a very special distillation method in a still called Faraday Still, which has been custom-made for Penderyn. In addition to the 'original' distillery, another Penderyn distillery opened on the northern coast of Wales at Lloyd Street in Llandudno in 2021. en savoir plus
