This Irish Blend Tullamore D.E.W. has a pleasantly mild flavour thanks to triple distillation. The initials of Daniel E. Williams, the driving force behind the establishment of the distillery, still adorn the label today, which has been available in a new design since 2024. Three types of grain, triple distillation and maturation in ex-Bourbon and traditional refill casks as well as ex-sherry butts ensure depth, balance and a consistently pleasant character of this Irish blended whiskey.

The Tullamore distillery was founded in the year 1829 in the eponymous city of the Offaly earldom in the ccenter of Ireland. The name of the Whiskey is a combination of the place and the initials of Daniel E. Williams, who was the distillery manager at the time. Over the years, the distillery was closed for 60 years. Until it was reopened in 2014, the Tullamore Whiskey was distilled in the Midleton distillery in the earldom of Cork.⁠ en savoir plus
