The Yellowstone Rum Cask is part of the Special Finishes Collection and was refined in rum casks from Havana, Cuba. The 4-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is matured for 9 weeks in rum casks that previously contained rum made from Cuban sugar cane molasses. The modern finish gives the traditional Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey hints of freshly cut hay and honey. The Yellowstone brand was established back in 1872. The whiskey is named after the American national park, which the Limestone Branch distillery is committed to preserving. In the 1960s, Yellowstone Select Bourbon was one of the best-selling bourbons in the USA.
