The Edradour Sauvignon Cask is part of a new whisky series from Edradour owner and Signatory founder Andrew Symington, which was created in collaboration with the St. Michael-Eppan winery from South Tyrol. The 11-year-old single malt matured in a single Cabernet Sauvignon cask, which further enhances the whisky with subtle notes from the wine cask. This Edradour was matured in the first-fill Sauvignon Cask #1002, resulting in seductive fruity notes and a pleasant minerality. The Sauvignon is the winery's most famous wine.
