Variatie Single malt whisky
Aroma Voluminous with herbal, orange zest, cinnamon and vanilla notes, with hints of apricot and red fruit compote emerging over time.
Proef Intense on the palate, with facets of bitter oranges, ripe apricots and spreading sweetness, slightly dry without being bitter, plus dark fruit.
Uitgang Long and intense with a melange of herbs and stewed fruit, tannins and sweetness towards the end.

Beschrijving van het product
The Lindores Abbey distillery in the Scottish Lowlands is located in a former abbey. Spirits have been distilled there again since 2017. This exclusive cask bottling matured in a Thiron Virgin Oak cask, which was specially bottled for the German market at cask strength and without chill-filtering. The special feature of the cask is that the wood for the cask comes from the forests surrounding the French abbey of Thiron-Gardais. Thiron-Gardais is the mother abbey of Lindores Abbey.
